আজকে ওয়ালিউল ইসলামের মেইলে জানতে পারলাম যে তিনি বাংলা-ইংরেজী অভিধানের দুটি সফটওয়ার তৈরী করেছেন। সফটওয়ার দুটি ফ্রি ও তা নিম্নের সাইট থেকে ডাউনলোড করা যাবে।

আমি সাথে সাথেই ডাউনলোড করে ব্যবহার করে দেখলাম, এবং বেশ চমত্কৃত হলাম। ওয়ালিউল ইসলাম বর্তমানে বুয়েটের ছাত্র। Vocabulary সফটওয়্যারটি যারা TOEFL, GRE, IELTS শিক্ষার্থীদের উদ্দেশ্য করে তৈরী করা হয়েছে। এটিতে নিজে নিজে পরীক্ষা ও প্রাকটিস করার সুযোগ রয়েছে। Bangla dictionary টি একটি বাংলা- ইংরেজী ও ইংরেজী-বাংলা এর ডিকশনারী। দুটি সফটওয়্যারেই কুরআন শরীফের বাংলা অনুবাদ সংযুক্ত আছে।
ওয়ালিউল ইসলামকে আন্তরিক ধন্যবাদ যানাচ্ছি চমত্কার একটি সফট তৈরী করার জন্য। সাবাস! আমাদের সামনে এগুবার জন্য আরো ওয়ালিউল ইসলামকে চাই।

সফ্‌টওয়্যারটি দেখে খুব ভালো লাগল। আমি অনুবাদ কাজের সুবিধার জন্য একটি সহজে ব্যবহারযোগ্য বাংলা অভিধান খুঁজছিলাম অনেকদিন থেকেই। আজ হঠাৎ পেয়ে গেলাম। স্ট্যান্ড অ্যালোন হওয়ায় সাথে সাথে দেখলাম। আমি যা চেয়েছিলাম ঠিক তাই। তবে আমার একটি অনুরোধ রয়েছে। এই সফ্‌টওয়্যারটিকে ঠিক রেখে যদি আরও তথ্য যোগ করা যায় তাহলে খুবই ভালো হয়। বাংলা একাডেমির সহায়তা নিয়ে একটু কষ্ট করলে হয়তো যিনি তৈরী করেছেন তিনি এর মানোন্নয়ন ঘটাতে পারবেন। ঋষ্টিকারী যদি কারও সহায়তি চান তো আমি রাজি আছি, অর্থাৎ টাইপ করে দিতে। আর ইউনিকোড করতে পারলে সবচেয়ে ভাল হতো। সেক্ষেত্রে কুরআনের অনুবাদগুলো যেকোন স্থান কপি করে নিতে পারতাম। ধন্যবাদ।
