The New Generation of Researchers: A Unique Journey of Creativity and Thirst for Knowledge:

Recently, I have had the opportunity to meet a new generation of researchers who are passionate about research. The moments of conversation with them are especially significant to me, because it allows me to understand their perspectives and enthusiasm. The way they strive to acquire knowledge, and their desire to bring innovation to their thinking, deeply influences me. I never judge who is from which university. Who is from a small university, who is from a large university, who is from public, private, or national institutions—these things are completely secondary to me. You cannot measure anyone’s merit by these factors. What matters to me are their way of thinking, their creativity, and their relentless thirst for knowledge.

An Open Mind in Research Discussions: Narrowness vs. True Education:

If anyone wants to discuss research with me, I never get irritated; rather, I always try to make time for them however I can. Through these discussions, I often learn new things myself. Here, the name of the university, the country, or any institution doesn’t matter. What truly matters is the genuine desire to gain knowledge. Unfortunately, even today, there are many who take pride in these superficial things. They continue to distinguish people on the basis of public, private, or national universities, or by the size of the institution. This not only shows a narrow mindset but also indicates their failure to keep pace with the times. Despite their education, they have not truly become educated in the real sense. The true aim of education is to open the mind.

The Real Benchmark for Success: Quality Work, Not Institutions:

All around us, there are many examples of researchers from private universities or national universities who are doing outstanding work globally. They have proven that nothing is determined solely by the university’s name. Instead, skill, hard work, and sincerity towards one’s own knowledge are the true ingredients of success.

Instead of limiting education to the name, fame, or reputation of an institution, we must give top priority to the pursuit of knowledge and creativity. I strive every day to convey this message to the new generation: real recognition is not achieved through the identity of a big institution, but rather through the quality of one’s work, thinking, and research.

My door is always open to all researchers!!
