Team three hundred and twenty-one | A group of six people. They boarded the spaceship named Frebia. Besides these six, the spaceship also has a capsule, cold room, armory, genome laboratory, etc. Inside various capsules are all sorts of lower-grade creatures, and about twenty-one additional Frebians. Additionally, the genome laboratory holds various clones, cells, profiles, samples, skeletons, and more.

Their destination is not fixed. They journey aimlessly through the emptiness of space. They will search for new planets. Whenever the spaceship’s main monitor picks up a signal from a new planet, they will take Frebia and land on it. But there is no specific calculation as to how long they will travel in this way. This is how their voyage continues, from planet to planet.

Their world is called Grusai. Their civilization emerged after a long passage of time. The distance from the Milky Way galaxy to their own galaxy is several million light years. The Grusai planet orbits an ancient star that will soon become a black hole. That is why the inhabitants of Grusai are searching for another planet, moving from one star to another, from one galaxy to another.

The civilization of Grusai’s inhabitants is very old; over many exchanges of time, they have developed this civilization. They have conquered time. In a very short time, they can traverse great distances. Through hyper drives of various dimensions, they can travel vast distances in zero time. The creatures of this part of space have bodies, and yet sometimes do not. That is, when necessary, they can take physical form. Again, they can become invisible if needed. They are of enormous size—about forty feet tall and fifteen feet wide. Their entire bodies are covered in hair, the hairs themselves are very long, each around one to one and a half feet. They have a pair of eyes, quadrilateral in shape. It seems as if inside each eye, there are many more eyes. They absorb ionized gas.

Instead of trees and plants, the planet Grusai has towering metallic mountains. There are very few lower-grade creatures on Grusai. The Grusaians can easily understand the language of these lower beings. Their means of communication is highly advanced. For all work and labor, they craft metallic creatures, which perform tasks requiring physical exertion. The spaceships designed by the Grusaians are highly advanced as well—some run on antimatter, some on light energy, some on fuel power, and some on recycled energy. All these ships are specially powered to withstand the gravitational pull of black holes.

He who holds the power of this civilization is very mighty. No one ever sees him. He remains invisible except in special cases. Everyone fears his power. Everyone follows the path he sets. No one is able to commit any injustice. From behind the scenes, he skillfully manages everything. No one has any complaints against him.

The team of six explorers is speeding through the deep black darkness of space, aboard their Frebia spaceship, towards infinity. Their only goal is to seek the existence of life, to find a habitable planet. But when and if they will find it is unknown to all. Still, they continue on, journeying for many days. Like other teams, their voyage is unending. Occasionally, they have brief communications with other teams, but those last only a very short while. Yet, everyone finds comfort in knowing they are doing something for Grusai and its inhabitants.

The Frebia spaceship has already made two lower-level hyper drives. Because of these jumps, they have traveled vast distances. However, their ship’s main monitor hasn’t picked up any signals from planets with the possibility of life. Still, their journey is unceasing—they keep moving forward. They believe that one day, they will find what they seek.

As they travel, one day, while passing by the edge of the Milky Way, their spaceship’s radar picks up a signal. The radar control unit immediately sends the signal to the main control room, and instantly, a soft alarm resonates throughout the ship, filling the six astronauts with excitement. At the sound of this long-awaited alarm, everyone rushes from the different quarters to the main control room. One of the six starts typing commands into the control panel’s keyboard. After a long period of keystrokes, he says to the others—
The signal detected by the radar is about one thousand years old. Only an intelligent lifeform could produce such a signal. The signal is coming from roughly seven million seven hundred thousand light years away. It originates from a planet orbiting a star within the galaxy we are crossing. If we want to go there, we’ll need to slow Frebia right now. Are you all willing to go?”

Everyone almost in unison replies—Yes, we agree.

“Then I’m changing Frebia’s course. Someone, prepare for a hyper drive. And I’ll also calculate and prepare the geometric path for the hyper drive.”

In preparation for landing, the spaceship Frebia orbits the planet. Meanwhile, it records data on the planet’s atmosphere, location, temperature, air strata, radioactivity, and more. The six crew members analyze the data thoroughly.

To truly understand the planet, we need to land, because it is not clear yet whether there are creatures here,” comments one member.

Agreeing with him, almost everyone said—let’s prepare to land.

It was decided that three would take a scout ship and land on the planet. The other three would remain in the main ship, managing everything from there. The three who would land were given codenames: Frebiano One, Frebiano Two, and Frebiano Three.

The scout ship was fully loaded with the necessary equipment. Frebiano One, Frebiano Two, and Frebiano Three boarded the scout ship, and shortly after, the scout detached from the main ship and began orbiting the planet at a fixed speed. As it orbited and slowly descended, all communications with the main ship were lost. At that time, the main ship was experiencing Doppler shifts.

Gradually, the scout ship landed on a predetermined flat area. Then, Frebiano One informed the others about the planet’s atmosphere outside. All three put on special space suits, visual modules, and masks. Just before disembarking, Frebiano One made contact with the main ship. The message sent to those on board was—The earlier interruption in communication was probably due to the planet’s gravity layer; we were crossing it at the time. We are now ready to descend onto the planet.

Opening the triangular-shaped door of the scout ship, the three stepped onto the planet one by one. After landing, they saw before them a barren plain, huge mountains in the distance, a harsh environment, a planet devoid of any signs of life.

The three then set out in different directions. After about an hour of walking, they communicated and regrouped at the foot of a mountain. This place was undocumented by the optical sensors of either their main ship or scout ship. It was filled with lush greenery—trees and plants parted this one particular area, while the horizon remained barren, silent, and lifeless.

After a brief rest, they set out together in a single direction. After almost four hours of walking, they reached the far edge of another mountain. There, they were astounded—it was a ruin. The sight of the ruin revealed it was once a habitat for living beings. But it had lain in ruins for ages. Unidentified objects were scattered all around. They collected some artifacts and returned to the scout ship.

Now, to search for the existence of life, they circled the entire planet twice in the scout ship. But still, they found no evidence of any living organism. However, the data collection instruments on the scout ship suggested the presence of life. To confirm this, they landed at another site and ventured out again. After walking for some time, they discovered liquid matter, collected samples, and then arranged artificial lighting, as darkness had fallen all around.

After some further exploration, when they decided to return to the scout ship, Frebiano One came across a fossil. Upon finding it, he showed it to the other two. They all returned to the scout ship with the fossil.

Now, with the collected artifacts, fossil, liquid matter, and more, the three were inside the scout ship’s small laboratory. They activated the docking bay’s monitor, reestablished contact with the main ship, and said—We have collected some samples. We’ll leave for the main ship soon. It’s dark here now, making exploration difficult. If necessary, we’ll come back again later.

The six Frebiano sat in front of the main control unit’s monitor of the main ship. They sent some data about the collected fossil to the Intergalactic Bulletin Board, hoping for more information. Based on the data, the Bulletin Board would provide details about the fossil, so they waited eagerly for its answer.

At last, ending their anxious wait, the Bulletin Board sent a brief message about the fossil:
The sample fossil, upon observation and analysis, proves to be from a carbon-based creature. Most likely, these beings had twenty-three pairs of chromosomes. They had physical bodies. To survive, they used to eat food. Their habitat was a planet orbiting a star in the Milky Way galaxy. The name of this planet was Earth. Their civilization was very old, built up over a long passage of time. To display their intelligence, they had participated in intergalactic competitions. But they could not go far. War broke out among themselves—a war where atomic bombs and bombs made from antimatter were used. As a result, in a matter of hours, a civilization built over millions of years was completely destroyed, and with it, they themselves. This civilization was known as ‘human civilization.’

After this description, a picture of a human was shown. Upon seeing this, Frebiano Two exclaimed, “Did such an ugly creature really exist in this universe?”

Appendix :
Now, on this Earth, painstakingly shaped by oxygen-breathing humans, the Grusaians dwell. Preserved in their laboratories are fossils of the destroyed humans and other creatures. To the Grusaians, these are simply the fossils of lower-grade organisms. Yet no one has ever known or will know that the intelligence level of the human race surpassed fourteen on the Niniche scale.
