Apple is a fruit familiar to people of all ages. Eating fresh and toxin-free apples regularly is highly beneficial. We are always striving to lose weight. On the other hand, we all know about cancer, a deadly disease. Cancer often feels like a death sentence, and sometimes even removing the affected part doesn’t save the patient. However, apples are also incredibly effective in preventing cancer. Eating apples regularly can greatly reduce the risk of developing this disease. Apples are also good for keeping the heart healthy.

For a Strong Heart: Apples can be considered an effective medicine for the heart. Additionally, apples are highly beneficial in keeping cholesterol levels low. Those who eat two apples a day have lower cholesterol levels compared to others.

Preventing Lung Cancer: Apples are also quite effective in preventing lung cancer. People who eat more apples have half the risk of developing lung cancer compared to others.

Breast Cancer Prevention: Apples also help prevent breast cancer. A study found that women who eat an apple daily have a 17% lower risk of developing breast cancer compared to others. The risk further decreases as the number of apples consumed increases. Eating three apples a day reduces the risk by 39%, and if the number goes up to six, the risk drops to 44%.

Weight Loss: Many people reduce their food intake to lose weight. But apples can be a source of relief for them. Apples are very effective in the battle to lose weight. Especially, women who want to lose weight will get better results from eating three apples a day than from dieting alone.

Preventing Asthma: According to a study, children who drink apple juice every day have a lower risk of developing asthma compared to others. The same study found that if mothers eat apples during pregnancy, their children also have a reduced risk of developing asthma.
